The store was clean, organized, and had a wide variety of products. The fruits and veggies looked fresh and of good quality. The clear labels and prices made it easy to find what I needed. The staff at Woolworths were friendly. I managed to find everything on my shopping list without any trouble. Plus, the prices were reasonable, and I even spotted some great deals and discounts. The checkout process was smooth and efficient. The cashier was quick, and I didn't have to wait long at all. Overall, my shopping experience at Woolworths was good. The quality of products, friendly staff, and organized store layout make it a go-to supermarket for me. Keep up the great work, Woolworths.

It's a woolies but it's a good size without being ginormous. Has a deli and bakery and the self serve machines seem to work properly without needing the attendant every 2 seconds.

It is quite annoying having security staff looking at you and following you as if you were stealing. Better go to Kippax or Dunlop. Like if all the Security cameras with facial recognition while scanning my rewards card on the self check out wasn't enough to be identified while buying a loaf of bread and cheese. The shop has good variety of items, and it is well stocked. It is just a bad and unpleasant experience with Security staff. Not going back to this shop.

Over the last few years this Woolies has not only grown in size but is always continually updating itself to better serve it's customers. Recently ive noticed alot of great new brands and items being sold as they expand. In particular, as someone who caters to people who have chosen a vegan lifestyle and also people who suffer from food intolerances, the range of items I can purchase to create meals has grown significantly. Especially the 'cold' fridge items. I also appreciate how many mark downs there are and specials as someone who needs to watch their budget. My children look forward to enjoying their piece of free fruit each visit. The self service registers really improved the checkout lines during rush hour. The staff I've experienced here have gone out of their way above and beyond to assist people. Some more than others. I've got nothing but good things to say! Keep up the great work Charnwood Woolies. You're growing and getting better and better!! Such a wonderful community

They video your checkout operations when they basically force you to use self-service checkouts, like you've a criminal. There was no sign at the entry that tells customers the products they buy and them will be filmed.

Connor in the deli was an absolute sweetheart. I asked him to slice some pepper crusted Sopressa on demand and he and dropped what he was doing to slice it for me. I also got some Jarlsberg freshly sliced as well. These went absolutely beautiful together on freshly baked lunch rolls from the Bakery. Thank you for hiring such wonderful staff members Woolworths.

Footpath upgrade is a pain at the moment but necessary. Great businesses, great coffee, fantastic seafood place, fresh, busy takeaway, and of course Woollies.
